The Superfans team is always very responsive. They answer our questions and resolve any issues we may be having very quickly.

The service of the team is amazing. The app works well, unfortunately I changed to another local developer I know and they work really well in Spain, but If you want a professional app that works well, they will give you that. I would reccomend it 100%, easy to setup and perfect for a brand that's starting or already established.

We are very disappointed with this app.

We use the live selling feature only once a week, and the monthly fee is almost $600. However, the live feature has had serious issues almost every 1–2 months.

In February, we already experienced a live selling problem. After contacting support, we were told they would improve it as soon as possible. But only about one month later, another major issue happened again during our live sale.

This time, all product names showed as unreadable garbled text, so customers could not understand what products we were selling. This directly affected our live sales, customer experience, and caused business losses.

For an app charging such a high monthly fee, the core live selling function should be stable. Unfortunately, the reliability has been very disappointing, and these repeated problems have made it difficult for us to trust the app for our business.

The live streaming function has failed to launch again, triggering an error message. It has been only two months, yet the monthly cost remains nearly $600. After contacting support, I was told I had to wait for staff to come on duty to resolve the issue, leaving the merchant to shoulder the losses caused by the inability to stream on schedule.

We have had this app for several years. Every time we have questions or concerns about anything with it the team is always quick to respond and fix the issue.

Getting an app for my business was very intimidating but this service has been amazing so far!! Aditi has been a complete dream to work with!! She is so patient and understanding! She KNOWS what she is doing and has been able to walk me through everything with ease!! I have worked with other companies in the past and felt totally lost and left with no help!

Our biggest joy to SuperFans is the ability to implement custom blocks. We could really make our app unique to our business and customers because of this. Adding custom blocks is easy, and a great way for us to really stand out compared to other traditional mobile apps.

We send push notifications via Klaviyo and Superfans. This integration is seamless and a great revenue driver!

Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend SuperFans to other small or large businesses looking to deploy a mobile app for their customers.

The Vajro team was really helpful in launching our app. Stuti and Sagar were really helpful in getting it done, customizing some things and fixing some bugs, and although it took a bit longer thank expected we're really happy with the end result, the design and all the features available.
