Superfans ‑ Mobile App Builder

I have been using CommentSold for live selling and as an app for years. Since CommentSold and Shopify are breaking up, I spent a lot of time researching alternatives. I had several calls with the Vajro team and asked approximately 1000000 questions. Not only was the team knowledgeable and took the time to demo all of the features, they answered all of my questions and followed up with me as well.

When I decided to go with Vajro, the transition was super simple. If I could give Vajro a 10 star review, I would! We just changed over from Plobal and I do not have any developer background skills and Porselvi made the process extremely seamless. In 1 hour we updated everything to make the change over and in less than 48 hours our new app was ready to go. Look forward to using Vajro for our business growth.

The service of the team is amazing. The app works well, unfortunately I changed to another local developer I know and they work really well in Spain, but If you want a professional app that works well, they will give you that. I would reccomend it 100%, easy to setup and perfect for a brand that's starting or already established.

I spent months communicating with this team back in 2022. They promised great features if I subscribed to their premium tier and we would get custom made banners and sections on our product pages. So fast forward to 2024, after paying the fees for over 12 months, including full fees for over 8 months, no one implemented ANYTHING on our app, and we NEVER made a sale as customers found it too difficult to use as no information was in our product page. Every single time I contacted them, they would give me an account manager to tell me what they would do, but weeks after weeks, months after months, nothing every happened, and the app opening time was over 10 seconds long, customers do not have any interest in using our app. Then after I asked for a full refund for the past year, they scheduled a call with me promising not to charge us for the next 6-8 months while fixing everything for us. Then they did at least add some functional sections to our product pages, they changed our opening screen to what we don't want to keep. At the same time, never received a refund, and they continue to charge us. If the refund or fee waiver isn't done, then we may initiate a complaint process for a chargeback for all the fees we have paid.

It took us a while to choose the right mobile app for our store. After evaluating various options, we decided on Vajro because of its UI/UX, pricing, and, most importantly, Aakash’s great attitude in helping customize our app quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend it—it’s been a true 5-star experience!

Don't do it. At first, they were very responsive and helpful in getting the app launched. But over time they became less and less responsive. They control the app design so you can't update it yourself. I've requested updates to our app for two months, and they keep responding with "give us a little time to work on it". It's a trap thats hard to escape once they have your app live.

Update: They've rebranded but its just as bad. They say 24 hour response time for queries and you wait weeks and hope someone responds.

My experience going from a zoom call consult all the way thru the build of the mobile app was amazing. Everything was explained so clearly to me, all questions were answered and I have full confidence going forward that the amazing support will continue, all while I have been set up for success with my new app!

Really I like the app design and the functionalities.
Tried multiple app developers, all failed to fulfill the things which we always wanted to include in our App. Also to give that unique touch to the app which was in sync with our online website.
