A mistyped address can lead to a returned shipment. We correct it at checkout.
A customer mistypes their city or municipality, the order ships to the wrong address, and you end up paying for two shipments on a single sale, plus dealing with the complaint. LocFix AI checks the address as the customer types, corrects misspelled city or municipality names, validates that the location matches the selected region, and can autocomplete the address using Google Maps. Corrections happen before the order enters your system, not after.
- Corrects misspelled cities and municipalities at checkout
- Validates that the municipality matches the selected region
- Autocompletes addresses using the Google Maps API
- Fewer returned shipments and fewer post-purchase complaints
- Works before the order reaches your operations
