Really helpful app for keeping our checkout process clean and accurate. The address validation works smoothly and helps catch customer mistakes before they turn into shipping problems. I also like the flexibility of the checkout rules and customization options.
I tested VLD Valider for a few days on my Shopify store, hoping it would help catch address errors.
In the past, I rarely had issues, mostly just missing house numbers on orders. Strangely, this app flagged 90% of them as needing corrections.
At 0.04 cents per validated order, it’s not worth the hassle or the constant false positives. Save your time and money, stick to manual checks.
Hi Cilio Lash Expert admin,
I’m sorry to hear that the app didn’t meet your expectations during your testing, and I’d like to take a moment to provide some clarification and help resolve the issue you're facing.
The Valider app is specifically designed to validate the shipping address during the checkout process. If any address errors are detected, such as missing house numbers or other discrepancies, the app will flag the issue and prompt the customer to correct the address before proceeding to payment. Once payment is completed, this confirms that the address is accurate.
If an order is successfully validated, it will be tagged as "VLD_verified," which indicates that the address has been verified for accuracy.
Regarding the fee, please note that the $0.04 charge applies to each validated order.
We value your business and would love to help you make the most of the app’s features. Please let us know how we can assist further.
Best regards,
Sunny
Valider Team
Great app for keeping checkout clean and error-free. It flags PO Box and zip mismatches instantly, which has reduced our delivery issues a lot. We also enjoy the freedom to reorder or hide any fields. Setup was fast, and everything works seamlessly with Shopify. Definitely a helpful upgrade for our store.
Great app! been using it from a few days and it really help catch wrong address at checkout. super easy to setup and work perfectly. totally worth it
Valider has made our checkout process smooth and error-free! Address validation works flawlessly, saving us time and preventing delivery mistakes. The customization options are super flexible, letting us tailor the checkout to our brand. Highly recommend for any store looking to boost checkout efficiency.
I hoped Valider would fix our checkout issues, but it kept flagging valid addresses. Some customers couldn’t finish their orders because of strict rules. The customization options felt confusing, and it took too long to set up. Not the smooth experience we expected.
Hi there,
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
It seems there was a misunderstanding. We have sent multiple emails to your address, but we have not received any response from you yet.
Amazing app! We had a lot of failed deliveries due to address mistakes, but since installing Valider, that problem is gone. The customer support team is also very quick and friendly. Totally worth it.
Valider is a must-have app for any Shopify store that ships products.During checkout, it automatically verifies and updates customer addresses, saving me from unsuccessful deliveries. Support is incredibly prompt and setup is rapid. It's easy, clever, and really beneficial!
Can't recommend this app enough. It provides a lot of different rules to prevent problematic addresses that might happen as PO box, gopost, etc. Also, Wilson from the support team provided above-and-beyond support which I never found in other apps.
This app made checkout so smooth! The validation rules catch every address issue, and customizing fields was effortless. It’s a must-have for any Shopify store.
