This is a great tool to add to any e-commerce website. Very easy to set up and easy to train with Q&A training feature along with the ability to upload unlimited files. Would highly recommend this AI chat bot. Customer service has been great.

Vanchat is really good. It can help us answer some basic questions from customers when we are not working. This has been a game changer for our store. Instead of just receiving a notification to chat with a customer, this AI bot handles the whole conversation.
