Desde el chat de atención de la misma app, tardaba en contestar minutos largos, no me dan prueba gratis sin asumir costo si no me gusta, no es cual es su plan para encantar clientes, pero no resulta pagar por algo que no se si va a funcionar bien para mi, y si este es el soporte que dan, no puede causar interés, la idea era buena, pero...
Just downloaded this app (2 weeks) and i am very happy with the results. Vanchat customerservice is very assistive in finetuning our customers experience. I definatelty recommend and will install on my other 4 stores once they have enough traffic. Well earned 5 stars!
