This is the best AI customer service software I’ve used so far. The logic is clear, and the responses are accurate; however, later on, it will require training the bot with more reference materials. Overall, it’s very good.

VanChat is very powerful, and its self-learning capabilities save us a lot of time and allow the AI assistant to be activated immediately. It provides powerful shopping guide functions, just like a real assistant, and can provide customers with accurate recommendations.
We hope that for questions it cannot answer, it can directly transfer them to customer service so that we can intervene in the conversation in a timely manner and resolve customer concerns.
