Had a small issue with the colors rendering double on product swatches (it said "jacket - black - black"). Sent an email to customer service, they replied with 6 minutes.

It was fixed within 22 minutes.

I was still in the trial period, but will stay for sure.

App works exactly as described and the support team were super fast and helpful at getting back to us. Would recommend :)

Wir hatten zunächst das Problem, dass mit der Shopify App "Seach & Discovery" die Filter nicht mehr funktioniert haben.

Der Support hat umgehend auf unsere Anfrage reagiert und direkt (übers Wochenende) das Problem behoben. Das Problem wurde auch nicht durch irgendwelche Code Schnipsel gelöst, sondern durch Anpassung in deren eigenen App.

Wir können VARIATOR wirklich sehr empfehlen und die App macht genau das, was wir uns gewünscht haben.

We were looking for exactly this function! We wanted all color variants to be displayed in the collection list. This app has solved that perfectly.

Although the app showed all colors and sizes as individual items in the collection list—which we didn’t need, as we only required the colors.

Die App kann schnell und einfach verwendet werden. Werden aber spezielle Funktionen / Bedingungen benötigt die auf diverse Themes benötigt werden, dann kann diese App nicht verwendet werden. Bzw. haben wir uns dazu entschlossen die Funktionen aus dem Theme zu deaktivieren.

Was sehr zum hervorheben ist ist der Support der App, die Jungs sind schnell, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Was bei anderen Entwicklern teilweise nicht so ist.
