Great support and quick replies. Super user friendly. I did have to get in touch with support for set up for some tweaks but otherwise have had a wonderful experience with Velocity and their team!

They always respond to questions I have within 24 hours. Mostly within same day. The app is amazing I love the reporting it has for me to export it as a CSV to keep track and send to our reps.
