velopLab Etsy Sync & Importer

They were OK until they weren't, Lackluster customer support. Wrote an email, messaged though the app 8 days prior. They have yet to do anything. No communication from humans only AI. Marie or Mary. One claims to be human but asked the exact same question that the AI bot does. Give them the info they asked for and no movement after days Extremely frustrating. In the meantime my store still has issues. Moving on to another provider.

Pretty smooth on transfers, even did a great job on the product variables options and shipping profiles. I had to do some reformatting on text in the description areas but that was pretty easy for the burden this app carries.

So far, so good. I downloaded and tried several other Etsy sync apps for shopify, and this one is the best so far. It's syncing well and I can adjust shipping by product.

Wir haben die App nach der Installation nicht ausprobiert. Es kommt eine automatisierte Mail, in der gefragt wird, ob wir Hilfe benötigen. Ich habe 2 Mail mit Fragen geschrieben, ohne Reaktion.

Wenn es da keinen Support gibt, dann kann ich die App auch nicht empfehlen, bei Problemen wird es ja dann genauso sein.

Segr gutes tool um beide Shops zu synchronisieren!

Sehr gut und wirklich supereinfache und schnelle Integration zu Etsy. Man kann sogar bestehende Listings verknüpfen, was ich leider zu spät entdeckt habe. Die App hat wirklich alles was man braucht, ich konnte sogar mit dem Team spezifische Steuerregelungen für mein Unternehmen problemlos anlegen. Immer wieder und im Vergleich zu anderen Apps - ein Traum!

I’ve had a good experience with Etsy Sync so far. It has been helpful for linking products between Etsy and Shopify, and I would recommend it.

Great support, they went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests. One of the few apps that can handle the EU OSS tax calculation as well.

The application is very simple and clear. This is exactly what I was looking for! My previous application has already stopped supporting etsy, so I had to find a new solution. I spent a long time choosing and I am glad that I chose this one. I primarily use it to transfer orders from etsy to the shopify store. After downloading the application, everything was intuitive, fast and literally in a few clicks! There was only one problem, and that was with the product currency. My store has a different currency than etsy. But Marie solved this very quickly within 2 days and I thank her very much. She is very nice and helpful, never be afraid to contact her.

J'utilise cette application depuis un moment maintenant et je l'adore. Elle me permet d'avoir mes commandes Etsy et Shopify synchronisées au même endroit, ce qui est un gain de temps considérable. L'app permet aussi de synchroniser les produits d'une plateforme à l'autre, ce qui est pratique et rapide. Le support client est efficace et rapide!
