I highly recommend this app! I needed to apply different tax rates to different products, which was quite complicated, but the app offers enough flexible options to adapt everything to my requirements.
The technical support team has been amazing. They patiently worked through the problems I had accidentally created and resolved everything within my requested timeframe. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I highly recommend this app!
We have very complex shipping rules and ASR made it a breeze to configure them. The Customer Care team is also super helpful and friendly. ASR is one of the most important apps we have!
I just downloaded this app and needed help setting it up. Support logged on and helped me with setup in about 45 minutes. This app does all I needed it to do.
Really good plugin, but Brian's support has truly been excellent - thank you
This has really helped our business over coming some issues with shipping rates and the customer service whilst setting it up has been great
ASR is a foundational app that's essential to our store. We've pretty much used this since Day One of our business. We have very complex shipping set up, local/regional/national with numerous carriers and fees, and we couldn't make it work without ASR. Support is great. Any questions or technical issues I've been able to get help with in a matter of hours. (Thanks, Brian!) They're patient and super helpful.
Customer service is amazing! Brian jumped in to help me set up the app and figure out how it could best meet my needs. He sorted me out in about 5 minutes. He completely exceeded my expectations!!! Kevin
Very responsive and helpful support + complex capabilities with the app - very useful!
I've loved the additional flexibility this app provides for my business and the customer support is fantastic. I had some questions on set-up and the company jumped into my set-up in under an hour and helped me resolve everything. Five stars all around!
It has the function that I need and the support that I wish every app has!
