Veriorders

We had a customer place an order last week who usually doesn't respond to calls. Veriorders automatically sent a WhatsApp confirmation, and when they didn't reply, we decided not to ship the order. It saved us from a wasted courier trip. Setup was simple, and the app has been working well so far. There is still a little room for improvement, but overall, it's been helpful.

Been using Veriorders for a little over 2 weeks now. What I like most is that it catches the fake orders before they go out we had a run of bot-placed orders last month and this cut most of them off at the confirmation step. Only issue is the courier booking took a bit of tweaking to get right on our end, so it's not totally plug-and-play. Still, it's paying for itself already, and support answered our setup questions quickly.
