Hi There,
I am sorry you've had a negative experience with our app :(...We have been trying to contact you by email, but without success.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality customer support 24/7, however we never received any email request from you. We would be more than happy to help you with anything you need if you'd still like our assistance at support@shopcircle.co

All the best,

Hello Technium Team,

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our app.

One of our Support Team reached out to you just a few hours after you installed the app to check if you needed help with the configuration as we noticed that you have not completed configuring a video background. However, we have not heard back from you or received any email or request from your end advising of any issues you might be facing.

If you were having issues with the app configuration, we are just a chat or an email away.

As you may know, our Team is available 24/7 should you need any assistance and we can even configure the video background for you.

We would love to discuss this further with the assurance that we do provide full assistance should you decide to use the app again.

If you can provide us with the best time to call and the number to reach you, we can arrange a phone call or even a chat session, whichever you prefer. You can also respond to any of the emails we have sent you.

We hope to hear from you soon!

Warm Regards,
Code Black Belt's Support Team

Hello Gigi Burris Team,

Thank you for installing our CBB • Video Background app on your store.

We are sorry if you are not happy with our app and upon checking previous email conversations with our customer service team, you were initially experiencing error 403 which indicates a Shopify Platform Outage.

Our Team had tested the app from their Sandbox stores and did not encounter the same issue and since it was a Shopify outage, the 403 error should resolve on its own. Most outage issues can actually be seen and monitored at https://www.shopifystatus.com/

Regarding the video configuration, we are more than happy to assist you or guide you with everything to make sure that the videos run smoothly on your store.

We have been reaching out to you via email and have been trying to reach you over the phone as well, so we can best assist you, however, we are unable to get through to the number we have on our records. Unfortunately, we haven't received any response via email as well.

We have a team dedicated to assisting you 24/7, so please feel free to respond to any of our emails or send us a new one at support@codeblackbelt.com and we will be happy to help and provide you with the best service possible.

We can also jump into a call or chat to help you configure your videos in your store and address any concerns you may have with our app.

Warm Regards,
Code Black Belt Support Team
