As a solopreneur I don't have much time to create videos. This app has come in very handy, I have had for about a year. I to contact support for my user error, Nicole was amazing and very helpful, super fast response. The videos are great. Some are faster created than others just like other apps, but come out great. Can't go wrong by trying it. You won't regret it!

I’ve had this app installed for less than 15 minutes and most of that time has been spent waiting while a video sits stuck on “Starting.” There’s no clear feedback, no progress indicator, and you have to scroll horizontally just to even see that something might be happening. That alone makes the experience feel clunky and not user friendly.

I went into this hopeful after reading the reviews, especially since the most recent ones are from December and I assumed improvements may have been made since then. So far, that hasn’t been the case. I’ll update this review once the video actually completes so I can speak to the final result and total render time, but at the moment I’m genuinely disappointed. Right now, it feels like tools such as Canva could accomplish the same thing with far less friction.

To make things more confusing, if you’re trying to figure out where your video went, you have to click back to the app’s home screen, select “Generate Stunning AI Video,” then click “View AI Videos.” Even then, the status is unclear. Mine shows “Active” and “Completed” with “6 images,” even though I only selected two. There’s no obvious way to preview or play the video, no indication of where it’s stored, and it does not appear on the product page. The overall layout and flow are really poorly designed and leave you guessing at every step. 3 more minutes and I will uninstall. GOOD LUCK!

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced while using the app. We completely understand how a lack of clear progress indicators and confusing workflow can feel clunky and unintuitive. We tried to do this but it was actually our limitation to show the real time progress indicators.

I understand video generation can take some time, depending on the content, but rest assured that your video will be generated eventually. We recommend allowing around 5–10 minutes for the process to complete.

We also want to let you know that we are actively improving the app's UI in an upcoming update to make the workflow more user-friendly and intuitive. Many of the issues you mentioned, such as better preview options, status clarity, and layout improvements, are part of our ongoing feature updates.

We genuinely appreciate your patience and constructive feedback, as it helps us enhance the app experience for everyone. We've reached to our support channel. That would be awesome if you kindly get back to us so that we can together solve the issue

Thank you!

It makes video creation easy and efficient!

I am a solo business owner and don't have time or a creative department to help me make product videos. The technology is fast and efficient and now has a prompt to give the AI more directions when creating your video. The technology is evolving and will only get better. Five stars!
