Hello,
I'm Jack from the VIFY Team.
As discussed earlier, you opted for our annual paid plan at $89/year through the app: https://prnt.sc/DeefRxEwKeyW.
Please note, we only proceed with charges upon your explicit authorization via Shopify.
Since Shopify bills the entire cycle upfront, you were charged the full amount accordingly.
However, upon your recent contact with us, we did promptly issue a full refund.
We kindly ask if you could update your review to accurately reflect your experience with us.
Best regards,
Jack
