Installed the app in the weekend, and used the chat for many questions while I was looking how to configure, Tracy helped out very well with immediate responses. App looks very good. Recommended!

Excellent app. Simple, but can transform how your customer sees your business. It is easy to use with a user friendly interface and their customization options are awesome.

Very useful app, and the customer service representative Pete helped me, he took little time to reply to my messages and was very kind.
