This app still needs a lot of work. Upon installing I was already hit with an error. Closing the app and reopening then brought me to the main app page which asks me to sign up for a subscription before even proving that this app works. I sign up for the subscription and then try using the app by first syncing my products, but hitting the sync button doesn't seem to do anything. It seems that the developers have given up on this app which is unfortunate since there are few apps like this in this space.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience with our app. We take all user concerns seriously and continuously work on improving the app to ensure a seamless experience for our merchants.

Regarding the initial error upon installation, this is certainly not the expected behavior, and we’d love to investigate further to resolve this issue. As for the subscription requirement, our app provides a free trial period to allow merchants to explore its features. However, if you faced any difficulties during the setup process, we’d be happy to assist you in getting everything running smoothly.

The sync functionality should be working as intended, and if it appeared unresponsive in your case, there might have been a temporary issue or a setup step that needs adjustment. We assure you that we are actively maintaining and improving the app, and we would appreciate the opportunity to troubleshoot and address any specific issues you encountered.

Please reach out to our support team at support@visionbrain.app, and we’ll personally guide you through the setup to ensure the app meets your needs. We truly value your feedback and would love the chance to turn your experience around.
