My best recommendations for the Visma e-conomic team. Whenever I contact them, they respond quickly and always do their best to help.
My only suggestion would be to make it more visible within the app how to get in touch with the support team. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're glad to hear that you've had a positive experience with our support team.
We also appreciate your suggestion about making support contact options more visible within the app and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

5 stars for excellent and proactive customer service!
We experienced an issue that was resolved very quickly. What impressed me most was that the support team had already gone through our settings for the automatic synchronization with e-conomic and put together recommendations on how to avoid errors in our accounting – all before our scheduled Google Meet.
It's rare to encounter such a proactive approach – they don't wait for problems to arise, they prevent them. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review and for your trust in our team.
We’re really glad we could resolve the issue quickly and help optimize your e-conomic synchronization setup before the meeting itself. Taking a proactive approach and helping prevent issues before they happen is something we always strive for, so it’s great to hear that this stood out in your experience.
Your recommendation truly means a lot to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
