Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

Truly lives up to the name. There are so many features in the app that we love, like the Back in Stock and Bundle features. I like that you can customize where you see alerts so you choose where messages pop up.

I do wish you could customize the widgets themselves a bit more, but most work just fine.

Customer service is also great!

Pleased with the functionality of the app so far! It has a lot of great features. There are some things that I hope they add in the future, such as titles for product reviews.

Otherwise, they have had great customer support. They are very quick to reply and solve any issues you may have.

After almost 10 years as a shopify store owner I've just discovered Vitals. It's probably one of the most helpful, comprehensive apps I've ever used. Great support too.

I love this app! It has a ton of easy to use features all in one place! From adding size charts and wishlists to the product page, to creating dynamic customizable product bundles, its all there.

This app has many great features. Here are two areas that could be improved for the future which the developers have assured me they are working on for the next version.

1. The code looks strange on checkout page. It divides the value of the giveaway product across all the items in the cart. Instead of just subtracting the one item.

2. If we want to give away just the smallest size variant, we have to create a dedicated page for that variant. The vitals app wants to give away any sized variant on that product page. It is a pain to set up a dedicated variant page to giveaway just one variant size.

Excellent variety of tools that have highly customisable appearances. It helps that everything is really user friendly and accompanied by an AI chatbot that actually helps answer questions too.

We actually raised a feature request to improve some UI and it was implemented within a week with the support of the CEO.

Love it so far!
