Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

VITALS is definetly a must-have app for your store.
Having product reviews, for example, ads a lot of trust to your customers. Thanks to the visitor replays, I know what I need to change in order to improve my store.

The VITALS support also responds very quickly everytime I need them. They are always able to help me with my problems.

Wow! This app has saved us hundreds of dollars a month, it has almost every feature you could need to run an e-commerce store. Additionally their customer service is the most recepetive and helpful I have EVER experienced. They went above and beyond and even helped me fix errors OTHER APPS, were causing on my site. Completely speechless!

I think for the amount of work put they've into this app it should really be praised as one of the best. I appreciate having many apps together in one for a decent price. There are talks of adding some additional features and some are in progress. I can't wait to see what they include! Thanks for all your efforts in putting this together.

very nice app it has all the features which a store need it and its very quick and easy to set up, especially for a newbie who don't how to code and their support team is also very quick, I have got several time having some issue minor one related to colour-changing it was done within few minutes great app and new features keep coming in.

My initial variants selector for the Recently Reviewed App was really funky. I hopped onto a troubbleshooting chat at 1 am and not only got prompt service but my Vitals assistant really hung in there to make sure the troubleshooting results were to my aesthetic preference to my store look and feel. Very personable, patient, and effective.

This app is extremely good value for money and unlike other apps on the marketplace offers seriously impressive support. The response times are quick and the team are helpful and very good at what they do. They're always on hand and will go above and beyond to help you in your hour of need. I'd call this an essential app for your Shopify Store.

I asked for help with a problem so I spent a few hours in Vitals to figure it out and finally had to write to Vitals support to help me. It was Gary who wrote to me in the same half hour to ask for more information and with all his clear and very detailed advice, I was able to build my offer with the bundle I wanted thanks to him! Great value app. As mentioned by others have been able to switch off other apps. It basically does everything you need. Additionally the customer service has been amazing when I've needed help. I had a small glitch with reviews showing and they helped me work out what needed to be switched off in my theme in order for the reviews to show correctly.

We've only been using the app for a day and the support has been a revelation. We needed help with some customization and the VITALS team not only responded in less than an hour, they continued to answer my follow up emails as soon as they were sent. Will continue to use this app and update my impressions as we get into it more. For now: super happy!
