The part about not having to chase us is the one I'll pass on. Fixing something after a merchant has already asked twice doesn't count for much. We'd rather get to it first, and I'm glad that's what you saw.

"So many" is the word I personally love that you mentioned. Most stores stitch six or seven separate tools together to get there. From Product Reviews to Upsell Builder, you get all of it in one app, which was the whole idea.

Jed, the person who assisted me was able to mediate my problem easily.
I cancelled the App at June 9th, but still be charged by 29.99 USD at 21th June. Why?

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry the charge caught you off guard after you'd already uninstalled.
Shopify bills app subscriptions a cycle at a time, and yours had already been set for June before the uninstallation on the 9th, so it still went through on the 21st. That part runs on Shopify's side, but I completely understand how frustrating it is to be charged for something you'd already left.
