I am very unhappy with my experience with Vitals i left an unhappy review at the end of the chat that i wrote (really slow answers) and now i can not reach them via chat because of that review. The support to answer me did 3-4 minutes, and the reason because they talked to his colleagues. The worst part is that now i speak with them only via email and they answer me very slowly. Personally, I only use them because of their features. The support is really bad. They asked me to delete my review or change it never you deserve this review.and then the nightmare began they slowly did not answer my emails they became silent and then their app started to make problems to my theme and the other apps it affected problems everywhere their pop up stop working almost everything is like they put a virus via their app to my store. They are very bad persons they almost destroy my store be careful with them they asked me to access all my store settings payments everything via collaboration who know what would happened if i gave them access. I deleted their app if you want safe your store do not download their app they are very bad people. stay safe with your stores personally i would run away from them as soon as possible very bad people their support.

I'm sorry this went the way it did. I won't argue with how it felt, but a couple of things matter too much to leave unanswered.
Vitals carries no virus and cannot harm a store. Every app on the Shopify App Store passes Shopify's security review, and we reach nothing beyond our own app's features. What you saw looks like a conflict with your theme or another app, which is what our team was working to fix.
Collaborator access is Shopify's standard way to troubleshoot a theme, with permissions you choose, and it never reaches your payments, banking, or customer data. We strictly would never ask for those.
Our live chat stays open every day. If it was slow that time, it might have been due to heavy volume, and your review never changed your access to us.

Not only it provides 40 different applications in one Vitals app - designed to boost your sales and social proofs, but also the security of your store and incredibly helpful apps like Visitor Replay.
We worked over the last month to pick the best one for us, and it has resulted in increased revenue and conversion ratios - exactly what we were looking for.
Their Visitor Replay app is also very helpful with recordings of past visitors and buyers - it has helped us a lot to analyze the user behavior and detect critical areas of our page.
If that is not enough, their 24/7 email support is very helpful and always responds pretty quickly.

I heard from many sources that this is essential, but I had to experience it myself to understand. It is indeed vital. I think a lot of the features should be native to Shopify, but until they are, this is a wonderful tool.
App utilissima per vendere più prodotti e supporto velocissimo e affidabile. Avevo un problema tecnico dovuto ad un’impostazione sul tema e il team di supporto mi ha aiutato a risolverlo tramite la app. All’interno della app ci sono moltissimi aiuti dí marketing per far performare al meglio uno shop online. App wont work if you want say Buy 2 get 1 free, you cant list variants such as flavours, you'd have to have all the same! Support comes back to you if your desperate for answers about every 1-2 hours. For £30 look about before getting this!

We have been very pleased with the diversity of offerings through Vitals. If we had one recommendation for enhancement, it would be to the bundling features. We ran into placement issues that made one of our bundle offerings difficult for customers to locate and take advantage of during Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. We continue to experiment with offerings and are pleased with the app as a whole.
