Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

Incredibly happy to have found this app. We were able to remove several apps that were slowing down our website. Vitals is quick loading and responsive. Their support is fast, and they take suggestions seriously. They allow for feature suggestions within the app. Although they must be overwhelmed by the amount of suggestions, they're consistently working to add new features and improve the app! This is easily the best app on the Shopify app store and definitely deserves its perfect 5.0 star rating.

Never seen, used or met a customer service team like the guys at Vitals. Wow! I'm floored at your service. They listen, are always willing to help, quick responses, you don't have to wait in chat for more than 5 seconds. They go above and beyond! And they are the most polite tech people i have ever encountered. I'm staying not just for the apps in one bundle because that's AWESOME too but these guys as well. Gary S., Shiela Ann P. Vital har som navnet tilsier alt man trenger for markedsføring i en og samme app. Vel, alt vi har trengt så langt ihvertfall, og da har vi ikke engang kommet oss gjennom alt av funksjonlitet de tilbyr. Alt fungerer som det skal, og mest av alt er supporten helt fantastisk. I tillegg til skreddersydde tutorial videoer for alle funksjoner, så stiller de opp med det samme hvis man trenger å tilpasse noe, eller lurer på hvordan noe skal gjøres. Man sitter nesten igjen med følelsen av de jobber for oss. Meget bra - anbefales!

I'm a new user to this app. So far it is super easy to use and customer service is top notch! I added a goal today. I love the flexibility to add specific collections and remove items that are not offered. I do however hope that this app includes a tiered discount option one day soon where I could offer a discount based on the amount you spend. For example:
Buy $250 get $25, $500 get $50, $1,000 get $100. I think I may have figured this out though using the Goal option. So far I'm very happy with this app and would highly recommend it.

Is doing everything I'd hoped and more. The product bundling is very slick and it has replaced about 4 other apps, two of them paid ones.

What is even better is the support team have been amazing when I've been unsure of things or run into a difficulty with how it's integrated with my theme. Even just to ask when I was unsure how their app would integrate with other things. They are also super open to suggestions of improvements and have already added some awesome new features since I started using it only a month ago. Would totally recommend to anybody.

It is not so much the number of APPs but it is the well-thought-out execution of those numerous APPs that really is the most pleasing aspect of these programs. As well many of us experienced with e-commerce often see the word bundle and we assume last year's tech, rest assured this is cutting edge. This is a wonderful APP in which I can assure you, will occupy much of your time exploring all the incredibly useful options and will yield incredible satisfaction once you realize you made an excellent decision in onboarding VITALS.

I really love this app. It has so many features all under one banner. Some which have worked really well for us so far. The product bundles, the description tabs, the banners, the recently viewed and related products. I'm still working my way through it and trying different applicatons all the time. Had a problem with one feature and it was sorted through the chat in less than 30 minutes by John Paul. For the money it is simply amazing and has increased the functionality of our site immensely. I look forward to using further and seeing what new features are added.

Easy to use? TICK! Beautiful styles? TICK! Every app I need rolled into one? TICK!
Plus these guys ABSOLUTELY ROCKED IT with their customer service - it's the best I've ever had! Plus their system uses caching that doesn't bog your store down.
It's a shame others have to know about this, I feel like I'm getting an unfair advantage by using it...

Some app developers price their apps as if they don't know shopify owners will need quite a few apps for a thriving store. All those amounts for all that functionality adds up. Fortunately there's VITALS, which combines so much more functionality at a fraction of the price. It has so many functions that I had either been paying more for, or was still looking for.
Everything is really easy to implement, and when you have questions, customer service is great.
The app's roadmap shows that there's more to come (hopefully at a price that remains stable).
Really super value!
