Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

"Vitals" is absolutely AMAZING!! It has everything an ecommerce owner needs to level up their store and give the (potential) customer a fully optimized shopping experience. It's very easy to set up the apps of your choice. Everything is adjustable to fit the look and feel of my store. Another big plus is the possibility to adjust the language, which gives my website visitors the best experience when browsing my website. I'm so glad I found this app and can't wait to see the results of growing my store thanks to "Vitals". Oh and btw, the support is absolutely AWESOME!!

Interferes with automatic discounts within Shopify. The "bundle and save" feature of this app keeps adding extra discounts that it should not be in the cart (on top of the automatic discount from Shopify). Then when the correct price is shown at checkout, with only the automatic discount, I have disappointed/angry customers.

They fixed this for my previous automatic discount after some back and forth emailing, but it's annoying that I would have to do that every time I change my automatic discount. It's Black Friday, I don't have time for that.

Other than that, it's been a useful app. The reviews feature is probably the one I get the most use out of.

SO MUCH VALUE! We've been able to customize how this shows up on our shop and support our customers as they find what they need and explore more products that support their goals. Super customizable. Every time I think they're missing a feature, support shows me exactly what I need. 5 stars!

To be honest, I was a bit sceptical at first - but after trying a few modules on their own, my confidence has grown and grown so that I now have quite a few modules running.

It has saved me money over having other individual apps running on their own, and the service works really well! Staff are very responsive and helpful - and above all - whatever you install on your site, looks very good and actually works!

Great app, lots of really cool features. In the past I've paid web developers to add some of these features, but with this app there isn't really a need.

Could be a bit more customizable when it comes to page layouts; however, gets the job done. And there support teams very responsive and managed to get the minor fixes I needed adjusted very quickly (within the hour). Had the pleasure of working with Juan on their support team, and he was very responsive and able to resolve me issues quickly.

I like the fact that we have all apps in one. so much easier to manage. I had an issue with the Product Tabs app because I used another app before, but the support has been excellent. I'm still discovering all the options (so far I have "only" activated 5, but there are many more I want to activate).

LOVE IT - the apps included in Vitals add functions that truly are vital for a successful online shop.

I have so far activated about half of the apps and will be activating a few more as time allows, and so far every one has worked perfectly without any need to contact Support.

The absolutely most useful app for me was Visitor Replays - what an eye opener!! A few months after starting our store I was feeling pretty pleased with it, until...I installed Visitor Replays and came face-to-face with the reality of the average visitor's 8 second attention span :-O

We had been getting a lot of traffic to our site, but not so many purchases. After one day of watching Visitor Replays, I saw the awful reality that of all those visitors, most were not getting past the first page. I could also see WHY. Which parts of the landing page woke interest, but lacked a CTA to capture that interest. I watched visitors take the time to scroll all the way down, and then just not know where to go from there and leave. I saw how all our carefully written product descriptions were doing absolutely no good, because we had not succeeded in providing new visitors with the right information and the right guidance to go further, during those crucial 8 seconds.

No, that wasn't a fun experience - but SO worthwhile!! Using what I learned of Visitor Replays, I got to work getting that important information where it was lacking and adding visitor guidance where I saw them getting lost - and watched our number of page views and sales soar.

I continue to watch latest site visits a few times a week, to continue improving.

Vitals is a very reasonably priced set of apps that really took our store to the next level of visitor experience.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Vitals has compelled me to share my ordeal. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I installed the Vitals app hoping to streamline my store's operations and enhance its features. Instead, I was met with a series of unfortunate events that have left me frustrated and regretful.

Firstly, after integrating the app, my store started experiencing glitches. Product images wouldn't load, the checkout process became a maze for my customers, and the site's speed dropped dramatically. It was as if I had unknowingly invited a digital tornado into my store.

But what truly added salt to the wound was their customer service. I reached out, hoping for a swift resolution, but was met with delayed responses and generic troubleshooting steps that seemed like they were pulled straight out of a beginner's manual. It was evident that their support team was either ill-equipped or simply indifferent to my plight.

After multiple back-and-forths, not only was my issue unresolved, but I also felt like I was being blamed for the problems their app introduced. The final straw was when they stopped responding altogether, leaving me to fend for myself.

I've since had to hire an external developer to fix the mess and restore my store to its former glory. The financial and time costs have been significant, not to mention the lost sales and frustrated customers.

In summary, if you value your store's functionality and your peace of mind, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. The Vitals app might promise an "all-in-one" solution, but in my experience, it delivered an "all-in-none" outcome.
