Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Vitals has compelled me to share my ordeal. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I installed the Vitals app hoping to streamline my store's operations and enhance its features. Instead, I was met with a series of unfortunate events that have left me frustrated and regretful.

Firstly, after integrating the app, my store started experiencing glitches. Product images wouldn't load, the checkout process became a maze for my customers, and the site's speed dropped dramatically. It was as if I had unknowingly invited a digital tornado into my store.

But what truly added salt to the wound was their customer service. I reached out, hoping for a swift resolution, but was met with delayed responses and generic troubleshooting steps that seemed like they were pulled straight out of a beginner's manual. It was evident that their support team was either ill-equipped or simply indifferent to my plight.

After multiple back-and-forths, not only was my issue unresolved, but I also felt like I was being blamed for the problems their app introduced. The final straw was when they stopped responding altogether, leaving me to fend for myself.

I've since had to hire an external developer to fix the mess and restore my store to its former glory. The financial and time costs have been significant, not to mention the lost sales and frustrated customers.

In summary, if you value your store's functionality and your peace of mind, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. The Vitals app might promise an "all-in-one" solution, but in my experience, it delivered an "all-in-none" outcome.

So we have been using this for a month now, and it's absolutely worth it, we ran out of stock and the pre-order feature with custom notes really saved us, it's definitely a power-packed app for Shopify. totally VFM

The support provided is incredibly fast, even in the basic plan, and they have the ability to fix issues on the spot, which is extremely beneficial. Although the initial cost may be high, the comprehensive coverage for all apps makes it a worthwhile investment... Recommended +++++

Overall a good App to use, some features are really useful like bundling of orders, video recording of customer screens, add to cart, stock scarcity, etc.

I've had the pleasure of working with Miriam and Gary from Vitasl team They helped me on customizing my Shopify store, and once again, this team delivered outstanding results. Vital's consistency in providing top-notch service, attention to detail, and quick turnaround make it my go-to Shopify App.

This app is great, it does so much. We moved our reviews over from Stamped, and we needed a bit of help with it but Michael has been super helpful. We now have a reviews app for basically free, as we were already using VITALS for the upsell app.

Their customer service is very responsive! Would highly recommend.

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO TEST VITALS AUTOMATED EMAIL SENDING PROCESSES AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH!!!

I am very unhappy with my experience with Vitals I left an unhappy review at the end of the two weeks waiting when the problem will be resolved. But the problem has not been resolved, although they claim the opposite, that everything is working and emails are being sent and delivered to our customers.

The problem is that automated email sending processes (Abandoned Checkout and Welcome) don't work. At the very least, the emails aren't reaching their intended recipients.

After we received their response that everything was working for them and that the problem might be with our email address, we created four different email addresses and tested their automated email sending processes and also Shopifys abandoned checkout automation.

The result was the same as earlier: not a single email from their automated email sending processes was received by any email address, but all emails from Shopifys abandoned checkout automation were received.

The only conclusion is that this company's support team is unable to resolve this issue, and we should say goodbye to the Vitals.
