We've had a great experience with Vitals so far. One of the biggest advantages is that it combines so many different apps and features into a single solution, which helps keep our store streamlined and avoids having to install multiple separate apps.
What stands out the most, however, is their support team. They respond incredibly quickly, are always helpful, and resolve issues efficiently whenever we've needed assistance.
Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to simplify its tech stack without sacrificing functionality.

We have been using vitals to gather reviews from our customers since quite a few years now. So far so good. It has a very comprehensive interface and when needed, customer support is knowledgeable and helpful.

This is a great app with a ton of upselling and bundling features to offer the greatest value to your customers. There are a ton of things to explore and set up for your store that can lead to more products added to customer carts and overall, we've been very happy using it. Had a small issue with billing and the team were able to rectify it almost immediately and guide us through a better option based on our needs. Very responsive support team.

Vitals is a great app. Its increased my AOV and CR and boosted my usell by 18% this week which is huge. Also, i had a bit of a scare when i first downloaded the a. I reached out to suort who resonded immediately, multiple times. Micheal head of support was so kind and lovely in supporting me when i needed it. It made me feel like i was in safe hands.
