So Far Vitals has helped me with any problem Ive had quickly and efficiently. When it comes to the app I find it really easy to use and manipulate with in the theme that I'm using.

Downloaded the app and did not activate but still got charged, so I deleted the app and I'm STILL being charged!
Hi there, and thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you were charged for an app you never used, and I understand the frustration.
Shopify bills an app's plan in advance and keeps billing while it's installed, which is why a charge can still show up after you remove it. We sorted out the earlier charge in September, and I've emailed you today to clear the rest.

Moving your existing Product Reviews onto a new product isn't as simple as flipping a setting, and it's the kind of request I'd rather we take on than hand back with a workaround. Same with the offers.We are always more than happy to continue assisting until they do what you actually want.
