We initially thought Voice Receptionist would mainly help after hours, but we’ve found it just as useful during the day.
When our team is busy, it handles common questions about orders, tracking, shipping, and returns, so customers get answers quickly without tying up our staff.
The multilingual support has also been great. Customers can speak in the language they’re most comfortable with, and the voice feels natural rather than robotic.
We also appreciate the built-in verification before sharing order details and the read-only Shopify access.
Overall, it feels more like an extra member of our customer service team than a bot. Definitely recommended for Shopify stores looking to improve phone support without adding more workload.
