Wave Accounting er et regnskapsprogram som er utrolig enkelt å bruke. Wave Sync er en app for automatisk sanntidssynkronisering av bestillinger som kobler Shopify til Wave, slik at du sparer verdifulle timer med manuell inntasting av data. Med Wave Sync-appen kan du sømløst importere bestillinger fra Shopify-butikken til Wave Accounting som regnskapstransaksjoner. I downloaded this app and never made an account and it charged me $10/ month withought a way to cancel the membership since there was no account…0 stars

Like all apps on the Shopify marketplace, the subscription is managed by Shopify and remains active while the app is installed on your store. To stop future charges, simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin.
If you accidentally exceeded the free trial and didn't have a chance to use the app, please reach out to our support team. We would be happy to review your situation and help make things right.
We had the app installed and subscribed to Pro on their website and starter in Shopify apps. It does the most basic of operations and is not very user friendly- at least not for us. After about an hour or so we decided it was frustrating and went back to quickbooks.
Although the 1 star isnt because of the product being frustrating to use, it was because no offer of a refund or automatic refund of my money for the pro subscription for only trying it out for an hour or so.
I went to their support pages to contact them about the refund, but it takes you to a page that says "how support works" then says contact them through your account. That would be great if when you cancel your account you dont get locked out the second you did it.
So no refund... and no "oh you paid for this so we will let you use it until the subscription ends" no just "here's the door, see yourself out, and we are keeping your money too."

It sounds like there may have been a bit of confusion. The Sync to Wave Shopify app is an independent integration that connects Shopify with Wave Accounting. We do not control Wave’s billing system or their refund policies. This app is an incredible time saver - essentially automates most of our bookkeeping by keeping things in sync with Wave, our accounting platform. Customer Support has been prompt at responding to us whenever we have a question or feature request. It's the way to go!
