Auto-replies, follow-ups aur broadcast messages bilkul smooth kaam karte hain. Time save hota hai aur customer satisfaction clearly improve hoti hai. Highly recommended for online businesses!
Worst Customer Support ever
they have no idea how to solve any issue, whenever you explain to them what the issue is, all they reply with "Oh, thats weird!".
along side not every responding for hours, or they neglect you at all

Great app. Just make sure to use whatsApp account which is active for at-least a year. Otherwise new account can get restricted for using this app. Over all very helpful and time friendly for automatic order confirmations. you can customize the texts also for order confirmation or order dispatching etc.
i'm having issue when i login with whatflow it automatically restrict my whatsapp after sometime please solve it
Log out of Linked Devices in WhatsApp on your phone, then switch to the Official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API in WhatFlow settings to permanently eliminate ban risks.
The app works well most of the time but since last month it stops sending messages, which negatively affects our brand communication.
Please fix this inconsistency.

The App was working very good and solved the problem of order confirmation, but WhatsApp blocked the phone number twice
my whatsapp business got restricted after using this twice! so didnt work for me. the plugin worked well but only for few days

WhatsApp Got Banned!
Used WhatFlow for a few months and my WhatsApp account got restricted. This app uses an unsafe method (“link a device”) and can get your number banned. Not recommended!
After using this app for around 4-5 months our WhatsApp Business account has been banned twice for using an unauthorized API. Now we've lost our main WhatsApp account and have 100's of dissatisfied customers in terms of CS.
