It would be a 5-star review if they allowed sending both order notifications and confirmations. Currently, you can only enable one of these options—activating one automatically disables the other, and vice versa.

Old Review: Hello, today our app was automatically disconnected from our whatsapp. Upon checking the app on shopify to reconnect i noticed that there was an update in the agreement, i agreed to it and went on to reconnect whatsapp. Its been a while since its not able to connect and whatsapp app shows error "Unable to connect Try again later"

Please assist and resolve this. Thanks!

I installed this WhatsApp automation app on my Shopify store and it has made my work so much easier. Ab order confirmation, shipping updates aur abandoned cart reminders sab automatic chal jata hai. Customer support bhi bohot helpful tha aur setup simple tha. Meri sales aur customer satisfaction dono improve ho gayi hain. Highly recommended for every Shopify store!

After using this app for 7–8 months, our WhatsApp Business account was banned twice due to the use of an unauthorized API. Unfortunately, we ended up losing our main WhatsApp account, which resulted in hundreds of dissatisfied customers and significant customer service challenges. We have now transitioned to our own CRM system, integrated with the official Meta WhatsApp API, for order confirmations and customer communication.

Great Application for E-commerce websites, it helps us to reduce our return rate, and specially very useful for order confirmation.

I’ve been using Whatflow with my Shopify store and it has made customer communication so much easier. The integration is smooth, and it allows me to connect with customers directly on WhatsApp in a professional way. I really like how simple it is to set up, and the automation features save a lot of time.

It not only improves customer support but also helps increase sales by making follow-ups quick and personal. The interface is user-friendly, and their support team is always responsive whenever I need help.

We were initially happy with this app, but unfortunately it has now become a headache. It disconnects frequently, sometimes every few days, which affects our workflow.

The support team has not been helpful. Responses often take 2–3 days, and the only solution we get is “please reconnect,” which does not resolve the actual issue. Tags are not applied properly, and our WhatsApp number has been temporarily blocked three times due to these problems.

As a brand, this has caused us significant loss and inconvenience. While the app may be affordable, the service and quality are very poor.

We would strongly suggest improving support and system reliability, even if it means increasing the pricing.

At this point, we are planning to move to an alternative solution.

Very amazing. This app change whole structure of our shopify, and number of returns decreases.

This app is very useless. There is a big problem on their app since last 7 days which they are not able to resolve. Their app automatically disconnects your connected WhatsApp number repeatedly due to which the customer does not get the order notification and shipping update and when you talk to their WhatsApp chat support, they say that everything is fine from their side. Their help support team is not able to solve the problem.
