Not reliable! Disconnects more than it connects! and customer support doesn't even reply. DO NOT RECOMMEND
We are truly sorry for the frequent disconnects and lack of timely support you experienced. We’ve revamped both our app and support team. Our new app runs directly on the Official Meta API, which means a major decrease in disconnects and continuous uptime. We’ve also upgraded our customer care team to ensure fast responses. Please reach out so we can help you switch to the stable version and restore your trust

Thank you for the candid feedback. We took these performance issues seriously and rebuilt our entire app architecture using the Official Meta WhatsApp API to eliminate bugs, pairing drops, and delay errors. We would appreciate the chance to show you the difference on our updated, rock-solid platform. Please feel free to contact us directly for onboarding assistance

It keeps restricting WhatsApp again and again. Sometimes, even the app doesn't work. Need to make some necessary improvements.
We sincerely apologize for the account restrictions and app downtime. Repeated restrictions occur because Meta's automated security flags legacy QR web-pairing sessions. Switch to our Official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API in your WhatFlow settings for 0% ban risk and 100% continuous uptime, or email support@whatsflow.app so we can upgrade your setup immediately!
I have integrated the app, it works fine for a few days, but then it automatically stops sending messages.
Has happened twice without any intimation.
We are deeply sorry for the unexpected interruptions. This happens when legacy web-pairing sessions disconnect during Meta's routine security updates. Switch to our Official Meta WhatsApp API in your WhatFlow settings for 100% stable uptime and 0% disconnects, contact our support team so we can set it up for you right away
App incrível, faz a integração de forma perfeita com o Flow da Shopify e permite automações dentro do próprio app - uso em todos os pedidos e recomendo muito!
