The messaging feature works okay so far, but it needs improvement. The biggest issue is that when a confirmation message is sent to the customer, it only appears in their chat and not on our end. As a result, when they confirm or cancel, we only see their response, and we have no way of knowing which order it refers to or what the order number is.

A must-have app if you're serious about scaling your store.
Manually confirming hundreds or thousands of orders daily is simply not feasible, and this app takes that burden off.

The message that is sent to the customer when he/she place an order is very easy to understand. So far so good but there are lot of room for improvements. Ability to send test messages for each automation feature is very essential.
