CUSTOMER SERVIC IS EXTREMELY BAD. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BUILDING A GOOD APP IF YOU DONT HAVE A TEAM TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS??
You are completely right, and we're deeply sorry for failing you. A good app is useless without responsive support. We've overhauled our service team to fix this immediately. Please email support—we will personally resolve your issue right now
