The app claims to request Judgeme ratings via messages, but in reality, after downloading it, I found that it doesn't do that.
There has also been no response from support.

Exactly what my store needed! Automated WhatsApp notifications for orders, cancellations, and abandoned carts. All working perfectly. Customers are more engaged and recovery rates have improved. Easy to set up, great support, and very fairly priced.
