Pathetic app. We have installed this paid app to reduce our work for orders confirmation but it skips almost 100 orders on daily basis and don’t send messages and there is no way to resend them confirmation messages and no customer service in critical conditions. Not recommended at all.

Highly satisfied with Whatomation. It enhances efficiency and comes with excellent, responsive customer support.

Whatomation has made our order processing and notifications completely automated. It’s reliable, simple, and works perfectly with our Shopify store.

Updating my review, 4th March, 2026 their free version will work smoothly and as soon as you purchase the plan, app will not work and they would not resolve it.

The app is extremely buggy, with frequent unexpected device disconnections. While support was helpful at the beginning, they later became unresponsive. Despite logs showing successful delivery, customer messages were not actually sent, which is a serious reliability issue.
