Zoko WhatsApp Marketing & Chat

We have been using Zoko at Flexnest for approx 1.5 months now and it's amazing to see how helpful the team and the product has been. Especially with their abandon cart flow we have been able to recover 50% of lost revenue consistently. Amazing and a must have app for all upcoming D2C brands

We have been using zoko since 8 months. Zoko has immensely improved our customer interactions on whatsapp and inturn improved the sales. Their customer service team is excellent. They are very open to new suggestions and have been very prompt in deploying new features. We have had very good experience and would strongly recommend Zoko.

Great app with helpful features for whatsapp business integrations, mainly for the newly launched websites/businesses. A REALLY Helpful support team. Great for blast marketing and broadcasts. Need to add certain basic features like multi language chat support with customers. Should allow re arrangement of the list of fixed 'quick replies'. The website is where all the features are available, on the mobile app the options are limited.

Heard about this App by Zoko from a friend. I was sold as soon as I spoke to one of their customer representatives. Every person on their team is super helpful living up the the ethos of building a customer centric application. They are the most helpful and dependable when you need them the most for queries around customer relationship management, marketing etc. The best part is, they are highly invested in building this business and keep offering new solutions unlike other brands who build mindlessly. It's been a pleasure working with Zoko.

Signed up. Waited for days and weeks to get registered but nothing happened. Was so excited but in the end.......So sad.

We have been using ZOKO to streamline our Whatsapp processes. It's been a smooth sail in last 6 months. Their was a proper hand-holding for our business manager verification till whatsapp number verification. best part is that team ZOKO is one message away on whatsapp. Thank you once again.

This is a Great app. The after sales service is particularly great. We really appreciate that. Somethings we would like to see added to the Zoko platform
- Individual replying on a particular message (same as on a regular WhatsApp chat)
- The vendor should be able to put in a discount code for the customer at checkout
- A space for the vendor to add a note on the order form at checkout
- In quick reply , we should be able to decide the image order and re arrange with drag and drop
- Better analytics on Broadcast messages

Apart from the whatsapp blast for marketing, this app makes it really hard to use whatsapp for businesses. Even their newly launched app is lacking in so many features. You cannot attach photos or files to the chat, and you cannot send products from your catalog to your customers. These are all the basic features available readily on whatsapp business. And since the app is still in beta version, we can only use this app via their website. Which is troublesome because the whole reason we want to link our business to whatsapp is for ease of communication. Also, you cant text anyone from Zoko after the 24 hour window. You have to either wait for that person to text you first, or use a template. Again, this makes things more complicated than just using regular Whatsapp for businesses. If you want to install this app, i recommend buying a new number, one that you intend to use solely for zoko whatsapp blast marketing, and use another number for your whatsapp business for regular chats with customers/clients. Dont sacrifice your current business number for this app because you cannot retrieve it again. Apart from the system not working well, atleast their customer service is really good. They reply very fast, even outside office hours. The three stars are for the customer service and whatsapp blast marketing that are really good. Zoko is a good concept, but still needs a lot of improvements.
