Zoko WhatsApp Marketing & Chat

Loved there software, to be very honest team is well professional and ready to help at each crucial point. Customer support team is also excellent.

We've been using Zoko for our Shopify store, and it's been easy to use. The Shopify integration works well, and managing customer conversations on WhatsApp has become much simpler. Whenever we've had questions, their support team has been quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it's been a good experience so far.

First things first - Kudos to the great Zoko staff for providing an amazing customer experience right from onboarding until customer/technical support - Bharath, Vijith, Aaquib, Rahul and Ananthu. The app itself is versatile and easy to use, and ever since Shopify-segments have been integrated my broadcast's setup speed halved and outcome has doubled so good job on that as well. Next up would be easy to create flows as current method can get but tedious and doesn't often consider other active flows. Keep innovating and easing the user experience of the app. Thanks for all the help with Whatsapp marketing and automation, Zoko & team.

Edit: The pricing looks affordable and easy to manage but they have a lot of hidden charges even in free flows, agents and conversation limits etc. Just be aware of this fact and do ask their advisors beforehand as it's not mentioned on any pricing pages as well. Still a good app for your whatsapp marketing needs barring the hidden charges and regurgitated upselling.

Edit 2: They've updated their pricing page now so gain back 1 star for understanding and prompt action, however don't like this condescending way of looking at customers - "So what we end up doing , is when customers reach out to ask, "Hey, this is a simple change, like adding an extra condition.It should be free." - We just manually mark it as free."
I guess everyone should be really grateful that they offer free changes upon asking/requesting/begging rather than just value your existing customers and offer that option for free upfront.

Excellent app, great features. Their RFM is outstanding. Team is very supportive, esp Aaquib who supports our requests.

Top class experience. The support received from Ananthu, Rahul and Joel are world-class.

Ananthu has been very helpful with setting up! The customer service is fast to fix any issues and have been satisfied so far.

Really happy with Zoko so far. The support team is quick to respond, patient with my questions, and helpful with setting things up. I appreciate that they explain things clearly and suggest ideas for my store. Great service and a friendly team—I’d definitely recommend Zoko to other store owners!
