This app makes it much easier to stay connected with customers through WhatsApp. The automated messages are a useful touch, and everything feels more convenient to manage.
Excellent App with Outstanding Customer Support!
WhatsApp Pilot is truly an excellent app that stands out for its high quality, great performance, and exceptional ease of use.
The app is intuitive, well-designed, and incredibly easy to set up and use, even without any technical experience or assistance from the support team.
Despite how user-friendly the app is, I had a few questions, and the support team was absolutely amazing! They were extremely cooperative, professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to answering my questions and helping me resolve everything.
I highly recommend WhatsApp Pilot to anyone running an e-commerce business. It's a valuable and powerful addition to any Shopify store, helping merchants improve customer experience and communication.
It absolutely deserves 5 out of 5 stars!

التطبيق واضح وسلس ولا يحتاج إلى خبرة تقنية أو التواصل مع فريق الدعم لإعداده واستخدامه، وهذا بحد ذاته ميزة رائعة.
ورغم سهولة التطبيق، كانت لدي بعض الاستفسارات، وكان فريق العمل في قمة التعاون والاحترافية وسرعة الاستجابة، وحرصوا على مساعدتي والإجابة عن جميع استفساراتي بكل اهتمام.
أنصح بشدة باستخدام هذا التطبيق لكل أصحاب المتاجر الإلكترونية، فهو إضافة قيّمة ومميزة لأي متجر يعمل على منصة Shopify، ويساهم في تحسين تجربة العملاء وتسهيل التواصل معهم.
