It works very well, only for a gifting business, we would not like to send a confirmation message to the recipient, if Meta could at one point be able to differentiate between "message sent to shipper" and "message send to recipient", then I would rate the app 5star

even after successful integration and successful configuration, order updates messages are not getting delivered despite OPT-In by customers. Also no tech support is available ti resolve the issue
