Really happy with the results, our customers absolutely love it. Have had it for a week, getting around 32% conversions which is bordering on "too good to be true". But alas it's true.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP!!! It has had such a great impart on my conversation ratios and the support I have received from the pirates has been fantastic, especially Karlo!! Thank you again!!!!!!!!!
I cannot stress enough how good a tool this is. We have a 10% email capture from visitors. This is just amazing compared to other apps getting 1-2%. It's fun, it's innovative, it's engaging. Worth every penny and the support is just amazing.
you have to do too much for it to work. i installed it...couldnt see it on my site....customer service said to try incognito and clearing cookies and blah blah blah.....the average customer isnt going to do all that to make the wheel visible. this app isnt user friendly.

I found Wheelio after long research. We needed a spin-to-win platform that offers a solution not only for email collection but also for SMS and FB messenger opt-ins. With the current trend, collecting email is not enough so we really needed SMS and Messenger marketing as well. Update: they reached out to me after seeing this review and rectified the situation. I still think there needs to be clear instructions on hire to stop the subscription since not all apps with that way.

There is no way to stop service on their platform, there is no contact information to get in touch with anyone, if you ever stop needing the app they will continue to charge you. SOMEONE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME ASAP.
