Wholesale Lock is a great app. We are a small company and did not make sense to move to Shopify Plus. We have a separate wholesale site. This app makes it possible to only allow vetted retailers to purchase and navigate our wholesale site. Also their customer support is excellent.
Thank you, this is great to read. Gating a wholesale site to vetted retailers is exactly what Lock Manager is for, and we're glad it's working well for you.
Wholesale Lock pairs perfectly with Wholesale Helper and makes managing wholesale access, customer groups, and gated storefront experiences incredibly smooth. The setup is clean, flexible, and easy to work with, even when building out more advanced wholesale flows.
Hayden and the team have been amazing. Support is always close by, whether it’s a quick message or a booked meeting for a deeper walkthrough. Great app, great team, and very well done.
Thanks for the thoughtful review. Hayden will be delighted. Lock Manager and Wholesale Pricing Discount are built to work as a pair, so it's good to hear the advanced flows are holding up nicely.
This app is great! I use it with all my websites. The support team responds quickly to questions. A link stopped working and I reached out to the support team and they had it back up and running within 12 hours. I will continue to use the service on all my websites. I recommend this app/company!
Thank you, and thanks for trusting us across all your sites. A broken link needs sorting the same day, so we're glad we got there quickly. Recommendations like yours genuinely help us.
We've had a great experience using this app. It provides exactly the functionality we need to manage restricted product and collection access for our B2B customers, and the setup is straightforward. The customer service is really responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions or custom requests
Helpful tools and a quick and easy chat feature when you need help.
Great app, Excellent Customer support! Quick, responsive and effective.
Really appreciate this, thank you. Quick and effective is what we go for, so it's good to know it's landing that way.
Daniel was super helpful. Admitted there was a bug. quickly walked me through how to fix it. All is working well now. It was very easy to set up and works like a charm.
Thanks for this, and for being generous about the bug. Daniel will be pleased. We'd rather own something and fix it fast than pretend it wasn't there. Welcome aboard.
The teams support was outstanding. It's a very easy-to-use user interface.
Good app - does the job. I wish it can lock variants as well, not just the whole product. Customer support is amazing tho. Shanna has help me a lot and very quick to respond. I hope the app developer will develop the feature of locking variants in the near future as I continue to use the app.
App works well and is easy to set up. The support team is very helpful and responsive!
Thank you for this. Easy setup and fast answers is the combination we chase, so this is good to hear.
