Sami B2B Wholesale Pricing

Great app! We've been using Sami B2B for about 6 months - it was easy to set up and every time I had a question or issue their customer service was right on top of it in helping us out so that we had a solution.

It is good Wholesale app, pretty easy to install and setting the rule, also the quick order form is good. Instructions are pretty clear. There were a few display issues but customer service was able to get it resolved quickly. Price is very reasonable with the features offered.

This is a great app overall! Plenty of features under the free plan, and we've been using for awhile now to put together wholesale and volume discounts with a lot of ease.

Recently, we had an issue though where all variants were showing the discounted price that was only meant for one variant. Customer service agents Haley and Chloe were very friendly and prompt with their communications, and the service team fixed the problem in very short order, with no secondary issues!

The customer service team in general has always been quick to answer questions or help with problems over the time we've been using the app as well, and we're grateful for the service! Thanks!

The app provides everything we need to run our B2B Shopify store, including wholesale pricing, quantity rules, customer groups, payment terms and a dedicated wholesale cart.

What really stands out is their support team. Whenever we encountered an issue or requested an improvement, they responded quickly and worked closely with us to find a solution. They recently resolved an important compatibility issue with personalized products and quantity handling, and the turnaround time was excellent.

We also appreciate that the team genuinely listens to customer feedback and is willing to discuss new features and improvements.

Great app that helped me put multiple prices in Shopify without having to upgrade to a significantly more expensive version of shopify. Still lets me keep my storefront prices for the public and wholesale prices private. The orders can be changed with a press of a few keys. Super easy.

Have been really happy with how the app has improved sales. Recently had an issue with some coding adding the check out button to random areas of the website but I was able to contact support and within a short amount of time Haley was able to resolve my issue and really happy with the program.

I genuinely don't understand how this app has such a high rating.

The interface is clean, well designed, and easy to use, which I suspect is where most of the positive reviews come from. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.

The biggest issue is the Shopify POS integration. It simply doesn't work properly for a retail environment. Discounts have to be applied manually every single time, which is incredibly inefficient.

Even worse, if you have products already on sale, the app applies the discount **on top of the sale price**, resulting in double discounts and costing you money if you're not paying close attention.

When I raised these issues with support, I was told that's simply how the app works and there is no workaround. That simply isn't true. I've used other discount apps that handle these scenarios without any problems.

The support experience was just as disappointing. Rather than trying to understand the issue or offer solutions, I received dismissive responses such as *"I don't expect you to do anything"* and *"It's up to you what you want to do."* That's not the level of support I'd expect from a paid business application.

If you only run a basic online store, this app may be fine. But if you use Shopify POS or need more advanced discount logic, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. It ended up creating more work and more risk than it solved.

Chloe provided excellent customer service. She was patient, professional, and took the time to test everything carefully on both desktop and mobile. She helped me solve my issue and also went above and beyond to help me find a more affordable option as I’m starting my wholesale business. I truly appreciate her kindness and support.
