Bonjour, je suis vraiment très satisfait de l'application et surtout du support qui est super réactif et qui règle toujours les petits soucis. Tu es vraiment réactif, je recommande fortement cette application
Super application, hyper intuitive et très facile à prendre en main, avec énormément d’options pour vraiment personnaliser ses offres.
Petit plus qui fait toute la différence, le service client est juste incroyable. J’ai eu un petit bug technique sur mon thème et ils ont trouvé une solution rapidement, avec un vrai suivi.
Je recommande à 100 %.

Installing this app has significantly increased my AOV from 20€ to 70€. Easy to integrate and also the customer service support is super efficient.
L'application déforme l'aparence des produits dans les collections. le service client est trop long à répondre et quand ils le font c'est à 3h du matin. C'est dommage, l'application semble être prometteuse mais le support est terriblement lent et mauvais.
Product is horrible, it disconfigures my store all the time and every day there is a new problem!!!!!

Actually we tried everything with your store.
- We always replied quickly
- We recorded custom videos just for you to explain the problems
- We worked hours with the devs on the technical problems
Unfortunately some stores are more complex and make it more difficult for our app to be integrated
I spent 1 hour 2 days ago with you to fix the issues and you ended up uninstalling the app after using it for a few months.
I'm sorry that it ends like this, we tried everything

super app, facile à mettre en place et surtout support super réactif !
The features in this app are very good, currently exploring and setting up bundles, but it ticks a lot of boxes for us. The customer service is first rate also, as I had a few questions during setup, they were answered and remedied very quickly.
