Providing a legal quick request, order withdrawal form and button for revoking an order or contract
Widerruf-Button makes EU withdrawal rights compliance simple for your Shopify store. Add a "Vertrag widerrufen" button or link to any page. No login required. Customers complete a multi-step form, confirm their withdrawal declaration (BGB § 356a), and instantly receive a PDF confirmation via email. They can even select individual products to revoke, rather than cancelling an entire order. You can view and search all withdrawal requests, filter by status, and track key metrics from your admin.
- Always-visible button accessible without login, including for guest orders
- Customers submit their request quickly and securely in a clear 2-step process
- Instant confirmation email with downloadable PDF for customers
- Partial revocation, custom fields & conditional logic. Try the app now

Hi, we're sorry that the app did not work as expected for your store.
The issue you experienced was related to a built-in protection mechanism designed to prevent excessive spam and repeated failed requests. In some cases, this safeguard may be too sensitive and can unintentionally block legitimate requests. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it becomes visible to your customers.
Based on your feedback, we are planning to add new settings that will allow store administrators to adjust the block duration or clear the limitation directly from the app.
We would also like to clarify that we do respond to support inquiries, typically within 2 hours. We are sorry if there was any communication issue or email delivery problem that prevented our responses from reaching you.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the app. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve your store in the future.
Kind regards,
SeedGrow Team
The app seems fairly easy to use, needed some assistance from the developer which was most helpful
This app has been a great help to us. The staff were very professional and friendly. They even helped us at the weekend. Thank you for your expert work
