Customers edit their orders: address, size, quantity or cancel. Fewer emails, no surprise charges.
Customers often need to fix an order soon after checkout: a wrong address, the wrong size, one too many. Wiggle Room adds an Edit order button to the order page in your store's customer account. Within the edit window you set, customers change the shipping address, swap a size or color, change quantities or cancel. They see the new total and the difference before they confirm. Extra amounts are invoiced by Shopify, refunds go to the original payment, and edits stop once fulfillment starts.
