Wiio Dropshipping Fulfillment

I had a really bad experience relating to the order that I had. The only help I was able to get was from customer service Cherry, who helped me get it sorted. Overall about the app so far I don't have a really good opinion. It is easy to choose the product, get it connected to your store, but when you actually get an order the problem begun. You need a quote from an agent, and there is none assigned to you until you don't have more than five orders. So if you are new, beware, be patient and know what you want. If my experience gets better, I might actually leave a better review...

For now, I'll give 4,5 stars, and if there are any improvements, I'll come back and edit it to 5 stars. I'll give a sincere review because I really want Wiio to be the best dropshipping supplier because of the attention they gave us. That's one of the key points: customer service gets a 10/10, price gets a 10/10, quality gets a 10/10, stock gets a 10/10, and they're very well organized. The only reason I haven't given everything a 5/10 yet is due to logistics; the loss of the AJ channel greatly affects everything else. In any case, Antia Jiang is my account manager, and I'm very grateful to her for her excellent work with us.
