Ok. I give out seasonal gift cards and last year.. it took weeks to do this manually. This is pretty straight forward. The only issue i had so far, is that it doesn't like massive (5k+) customer spreadsheets... so i broke it down to smaller amounts. Works like a charm.
Update on 07/16/26 - Thank you to the developer for replying. 200k uploads would be awesome!! Best of luck during implementation
Thank you so much for your feedback. Glad our app was able to help you save significant time. Good news, we are working on an update to our uploading system that will allows CSVs of any size (up to 200k rows) to be completed without issue. This will be launched within the next week so stay tuned :)
Such an efficient app, works wonders in a shot in minutes, cuts the hustle of having to go into each customer's profile, etc., it is a pleasure to use. I love it.
Thank you so much! We’ve worked very hard to streamline the experience as much as possible and are so glad you see value in it. Thank you for leaving a review and we wish you the best with your store.
migrated off a very complicated loyalty app and im so happy with how simple everything is now with the native store credit
thank you! Simplicity is what we really focused on and I'm glad you found value in that
The only app that lets you use a csv file to issue store credit to customers. We wanted to offer different amounts of store credit to hundreds of customers based on their previous spend, and this app was the perfect tool for it. Works seamlessly and great customer service too. Highly recommend
Tip: Make sure you've updated to the latest version of your theme.
I was initially having trouble with the placement of the store credit icon, but I chatted with their support rep who was very helpful and the solution was very easy. Just had to make sure my store theme was updated to its latest version. (I'm using Dawn)
Bulk store credit tool works immaculately. They also took a request for a small development task that would help our store, and have been generally excellent to work with.
Really great customer service.
This app is fantastic — it offers amazing support, great features, and is incredibly easy to use. The customization options make it perfect for tailoring to specific needs, and the responsive team ensures everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution!
Excellent customer support and an easy tool to use for uploading account credit!
