We are very satisfied with both the app and the support team. We had a fairly complex setup issue, and the support team was patient, responsive, and worked with us until everything was resolved perfectly. They answered all of our questions quickly and provided effective solutions throughout the process. The app works exactly as we need it to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for quantity discounts and free gift offers in Shopify.

A really great app; it helped me with my Shopify store. Customers can now easily check for discounts. I received assistance from Rahul at Wizio Bundles regarding a Polish translation issue—everything was sorted out and fixed in just five minutes. Thank you—I highly recommend it.
Rahul sir took extra efforts to resolve the issue on off business hours, as it was a weekend and he was with his family still he helped me to do a google meet and resolve the issue at that time itself really appreciate it
I’ve been using the Wizio App for just two days, and the results speak for themselves. On the first day after launching, our ROAS doubled. On the second day, it increased another 1.8x. It took me about 10 minutes to set up, and the results have been drastic. Even if you just want to A/B test Wizio, it’s one of the most affordable and profitable apps on the marketplace.
Last but not least, the customer service went above and beyond—especially Rahul. He helped me tremendously when our customizer app interfered with theirs, and he got it resolved almost instantly.
If you’re looking for an app to handle bundles, look no further.
It's a great app with many options to choose from. What I loved the most is amazing customer service, responsiveness and support. Plus, it's great for newly launched stores, as you don't pay for the app until you reach a specific number of sales - which matters when you're starting out.

amazing support... they entered themselves and modified my theme to integrate seamless with the app and sent me the documentation on changes. the app is functioning great, i have used it for all my stores in the past and now i am using it with a new setup... they were very helpful every time and i managed to increase my sales through that. i love it!
Excellent Support from Rahul and team. They go above and beyond which has been super helpful for our eCom and direct marketing efforts. Very responsive to feedback and new feature requests. Highly recommend giving this a try over Kaching and other Bundle apps - these guys are just getting started.
