Build forms from a library of reusable fields, from text, email and date to dropdowns, consent and hidden fields, or start from a template. Add show-if conditions and multi-step pages, then show the form as a theme block, a popup or a direct link page. Each submission lands in an inbox and starts Shopify Flow with every answer, so you can tag customers, create draft orders or send emails. Spam filtering, CSV export and translations are included.
